"Overcharged me for years after an at-fault accident. Got a better quote from GEICO and switched, and was promised I would be reimbursed my final payment of nearly $300. Took 4 MONTHS to get that check--calling, emailing, and otherwise poking and prodding and being told every time that "it's on its way", and then suddenly I get it in less than a week when I threaten to sue. They are experts at blowing you off, and will not let you speak to anyone who may be able to actually help."

I have always enjoyed the personal attention I get by Andrea M. when I need to add or change coverage on my auto or home insurance. Since I have been with this agency I have had two claims one for an auto and one for my home. I must say the claim process and turn around time was absolutely amazing experience. I have had several vehicles covered with full coverage, road side assistance and car rental with the lowest rates that no other insurance company can beat. Andrea helps me every time my home insurance is up for renewal going line by line with what coverage I need to add, lower, or change. I recently added extra coverage that was not on my pervious policy that we added with a low cost. "I am posting a review on my negative experience. I have been with State Farm for about 8 years and in that time no accidents nothing. My wife submitted a claim and I had a terrible experience from the collision location to setting up my car rental. State farm was supposed to set that up and I had to walk from the collision repair shop to the rental car location 4 miles away. Then I arrived to the rental and no reservation. I had to walk all way back to collision center. The collision center also said it was in same building but still no reservation. I called state farm and they were very rude and not helpful. Overall experience was a nightmare. Very unprofessional and very unorganized."
